while accessing a specific website, it displays “you don’t have permission to access on this server”.
I’ve tried to restart my phone, delete website data from safari, i don’t use any VPN and it still doesn’t work.

It might be blocked in your router, you could try and reset that.
But it might also be blocked at Internet Service Provider level somehow, if so
you need to check with your ISP

I don’t have access to other wifi networks. Yes it is a public page “Shein” and it does work on other iphones too
