I forgot my apple id password

Hello I need help I forgot my apple id password and I can’t login anymore it’s been three years now and I tried everything I know my old password and everything but the problem is I forgot my email password that I used to create my apple id so I can’t do the I forgot my password method so please may you help me with and I will provide you with all the information you need to help me thank you 🙏🏻

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification  email option if necessary.
