I found a suspicious app in my iCloud account purchase history that I have no memory of. I couldn't find this app on my device and no information from the app store.

I found a suspicious app listed in my iCloud account purchase history but I don't remember downloading it and I can confirm that I have absolutely no reason to use it. It is a sketchy-looking app and it is provided by an independent developer.

I tried to contact Apple Support but they just told me to delete this app. The thing is I don't even see it on my devices and there's no information about it in the app store (it's not there now when I search for the name in the app store). I wonder if anyone knows who/where I should go/contact to report this and get more information.
