‘Unable to Access Fitness + Content at this Time’

I’m trying to use Fitness + on my iPad but I’m unable to access hiit, yoga, or strength workouts. If I try to start one I get the message “unable to access fitness + content at this time.” I’ve tried installing the latest update, hard reset, and deleting and reinstalling the app. I’m able to load other types of workouts.

The workouts load on my iPhone without a problem.

Many thanks
