Apple TV subscription family sharing
Every time I open the app, Apple suggests I share my subscription with my family. I finally do it and all my family get is an error message?

From what we can tell, your family members are having difficulty joining Family Sharing to access your Apple TV+ subscription. We're glad you've connected with us in Apple Support Communities, and we can provide some guidance.
"To use Family Sharing, you need an Apple ID signed in to iCloud on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8 or later, or Mac with OS X Yosemite or later."
Keeping that in mind, it looks like the device in your screenshot isn't an Apple device. Have they tried accepting the invitation on an Apple device? Have a look at the link below to learn more about how Family Sharing works. You'll want to specifically take a closer look at the sections entitled, 'Join a family group' and 'Get help'.
