why my IPhone 11 battery’s health is going down so fast?
I purchased this phone on June 2020, and battery health is at 97%.
Is this normal?

You have nothing to worry about. That number is just an estimate. If you feel like your phone's charge isn't lasting as long as it used to, then check the health. Otherwise, ignore it.
