2020 Macbook Pro has stopped taking power from USB-C cables

-The USB-C cable charges other devices just fine / as normal

-Other USB-C cables do not work on this computer either

-I took the Macbook to an Apple Store after the battery ran out completely and they took it in the back and brought it back out half-charged saying it was rebooted

-I'm home now and no cables will charge the computer again so I'm just running out the clock until the battery dies. again.

what is going on and what do I do??
