Getting a New Charger:

Are you using a Third-Party Charger? Did you purchased this from Apple? Where did you get this charger? If this is not the charger that came from Apple, it could always unofficial/counterfeit, thus making it unreliable. So, stick with Apple, when it comes to purchasing a charger.
