I am searching for Samsung Printer driver for model number Ml 1676 supporting Mac OS Big Sur, I am tried every option available, can any plz help with a proper answer

As per Samsung / HP now owned by HP They Offer Drivers ONLY up to macOS 10.10. That is a far from macOS 11. Suggest contacting Samsung or HP for assistance on their Product

On occasion some users have found that an older driver will work. For example, if they don't offer a Big Sur compliant driver, a Catalina driver might still work. It's worth trying.
