My Fiancé is connected to the Wifi but the symbol disappears immediately and Mobile Data is not working aswell. What can he do?

Hello, my fiancé doesn’t have Internet connection even though it shows connected. There is no Wifi symbol on the top corner and he cant use his mobile data as well. He can’t sign out from the phone too because there is no internet.

What can he do?
