IOS installation failure

I got error “An error occurred installing iOS 14.4.2” during iOS update. iPhone 6s, current iOS 10.2.1 Tried 1. Hard Reset 2. Network reset 3. Deleted the downloaded file & started from downloading. Wifi signal is great, battery full & connected to the charger. Please help.
