Not able to change time and date and zone

I’m not able to change my time and date settings in my phone XS and it is disabled not allowing me to change

iPhone XS, iOS 14

It seems like you have screen time limit function turned on, which allows to limit usage of some apps including blocking the possibility of changing the time. Try this:

Settings - Screen time - turn off code-password of screen time. Then you’ll be able to change your date/time
