Starting yesterday, my Messages aren't syncing across my devices (iPhone, iPad and MacBook ). I'm only getting them on my phone & watch. I tried logging out, restarting on the ipad and MacBook and logging back in. Still not syncing. All settings are as they should be.
First, make sure iCloud Message is turned on on your MacBook.
On your Mac, open:
Messages -> Settings -> iMessage. Make sure iCloud Messages is turned ON.
At the same time, make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID in messages.
If it did not make a difference. On your iPhone, go to:
Settings -> Messaging -> SMS Forwarding. Make sure your MacBook is turned on.
Also, make sure that messaging in iCloud is enabled on your iPhone. Go to:
Settings -> Apple ID (Your Name) -> iCloud.
Make sure Messages is enabled.
If all settings are as they should be, try logging out of the Messages app on your MacBook, wait a few minutes and log in again.
yes, have tried turning off imessage and signing out. No luck.
Have you also tried signing out of iMessage on your iPhone, and signing in again?
Okay. If you have tried everything, then I would try to sign completely out of your Apple ID, on all of your devices - and sign in again.
