How bad is 5-15 min of direct sunlight for the battery?

I have an M1 Macbook Air, over the course of the day the sun moved to where it was and I assume it was about that long that my Macbook was exposed to direct sunlight. It was closed and asleep, I turned it off right after I noticed and put something slightly cold on it to dissipate the heat. It was pretty hot initially.

This is the first time my Mac got hot.

tl;dr How bad is 5-15 min of direct sunlight for the battery for the long-term?

I wouldn't worry much about it.

Use your Mac notebook where the ambient temperature is between 50° and 95° F (10° and 35° C). Don’t leave your Mac notebook in your car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range. You should also use your Mac notebook where the relative humidity is between 0% and 95% (noncondensing).
