NeroTaz,

Thanks for letting us know.

To help narrow things down further, we'd like to confirm a few additional details.

  1. Which iOS version is your iPhone running? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
  2. When did this issue first begin? Were any changes made to your device or its settings before this started?
  3. Does restarting correct the issue temporarily, or is there no change? Restart your iPhone
  4. Are there any possible sources of interference? Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Thanks!

Hello NeroTaz,

It sounds like your iPhone isn't detecting any Wi-Fi networks, and we want to see how we can help.

Just to confirm, is Wi-Fi turned on in Settings? More about how to enable Wi-Fi and connect to Wi-Fi networks here: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're unable to connect to Wi-Fi networks, the information and steps outlined on the following page may be helpful: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

Thanks!

NeroTaz,

Thank you for taking the time to answer those questions for us.

It sounds like you're using a beta version of iOS, correct? Did this issue begin after updating to the beta software, or was it happening on older iOS versions as well?

If you'd like to go back to the latest publicly-released version of iOS, this page outlines that process: How to uninstall iOS beta software

Thank you!

NeroTaz,

Thanks for confirming that for us.

At this time, are you still using the beta software, or did you use the steps in the link we provided in our previous reply to go back to the latest publicly-released version of iOS? If you did go back to the latest publicly-released version of iOS, did that seem to change the issue?
