Cracling USB microphone

I using a Headphones with a build in microphone (Headset: Sharkoon Skiller SGH2) with a MacBook pro 2017 with BigSur OS and i have very annoing problem. Every now and then my microphone breaks and humming, have echo for a few minutes. I tried a two different Hubs (for ThunderBolt) (acer, Beseus) and its not make a different. I tried this Headset also on MacBook Pro 2018 (and the same problem) and on Windows PC and there was no problem. How i can repair this thing? Please send help :>
