Hello, I want to change my son's birthday because he can not sign in with apple ID. For some reason it told me to contact apple support in order to change his birthday. So I am wondering if you can grant me permissions to change it or if you guys can change it.

I clicked the link you sent and signed in and then I clicked on the account page and tried to change my birthdate and it wouldn’t let me.
Did you carefully read the “Change a birth date for a child” section of the article I linked above?
