I called the number for a golf course and got a busy signal and then the green call back button appeared
i hit the button and the phone redialed the number
i spoke to others who have seen this button appear but it only appears sporadically
“Call back button”? iPhone never had such a button.
Perhaps if you more specifically describe exactly what you saw and under what circumstances, we can assist further.

when I tried again this morning using WiFi calling and got the busy signal, the green call back button now appears
