AirPods were stolen and "Find My" isn’t locating them
My AirPods were stolen and the find my app isn’t locating them I have the serial numbers and all but how do I find them?

You don’t.
Airpods only show in the find my app when they are connected by Bluetooth to the phone.
Once you leave the 30’ range or they lose power they are not traceable.
