Hey baharalidurrani,

Thanks for the update. Depending on your location this may be expected. We would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.

Are you able to see the AirPods if you go to iCloud.com/find?

"I don't see my device in Find My

Make sure that you set up Find My on your device. You have to set up Find My before you can see your device in the Find My app or on iCloud.com/find

If you have your device with you

  1. Check that you signed in to iCloud on your device: Tap Settings. If you see "Sign in to your [device]," tap it and enter your Apple ID and password.
  2. Make sure that you signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices.
  3. Check that the device has a cellular or Wi-Fi network connection. If it does and you still can't see it in Find My, turn Airplane Mode on and off. Still not seeing it in Find My? Restart your device
  4. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Check that Set Automatically is on.

The Find My network isn't supported in South Korea and might be unavailable in other regions due to local laws. In South Korea, you can play a sound on your device, mark it as lost, or erase it, but you won't be able to find your device on a map."

Hi baharalidurrani,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! According to the article you referenced, Find your lost AirPods - Apple Support, to locate your AirPods on a map using Find My, they will need to be paired with a device running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS or macOS.

The latest version of macOS is macOS Ventura 13.0.1. Based on your post, versions 13.0 is currently installed. You'll want to update in order for this to function as expected.

1. From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen:
Choose System Settings. Then click General in the sidebar, and Software Update on the right.
Or choose System Preferences. Then click Software Update.
2. If Software Update finds new software, click the Update Now or Upgrade Now button to install it.
3. Enter your administrator password, if asked. During installation, your Mac might restart, and you might see a progress bar or blank screen several times.

The latest version of iPadOS 15 is currently iPadOS 15.7.1 and your device is running iPadOS 15.7.

Hope that helps!

Apple do not support Airpod pro 2 with iPhone 7 (which you can max update till 15.7.x and no support for Airpod pro 2 with 15.7.x). It took me 3 weeks talking with several Geniuses which they all tried to convince me there is something wrong; re install, buy more space, deep settings etc. and you can only introduce an airpod to a find my (icloud) system with an iPhone.

so simply it does not work with iPhone 7 and there is no documentation about it.
