changing covers on ibook without a macbook

I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the covers on books in my ibook library without having a macbook....

Moving scroll bar I'm one of the unfortunately left-handers who now must deal with the fact that scroll bar is on the left, creating for me the exact same problem expressed by the prior user. Will apple provide users with a choice of scroll bar location, or will this be another example of throwing left-handers under the bus because they are a numeric minority? If the latter, how can I transfer all of my files from the file folder to apple books or some other program where the scroll bar does not appear on the left?

Can't change default cover New one on me. I design a cover in iBooks Author, replacing the default image and putting my title in place of the placeholder. (I've done this many times.) But it's not working for me. When I preview on my iPad, I get my correct title, but the image stays the default, that black&white cactus that Apple likes to use. If I preview on my Mac, I get the correct cover. Just not on the iPad. Weird? I can't see what's wrong. I hope someone else can tell me. JS
