I do not get option to share in Mail, how do I add mail to these options

Sharing with Mail in Pages, and Numbers requires that Apple Mail is the principal Mail client. If your default Mail client is not Apple Mail, or you are using Apple Mail as the front-end for another mail client, then these applications will not share with your third-party Mail solution.
