Translate App not working Iphone X

Could anybody explain why my translate app isn’t working? When I type text and then press return nothing happens, and when I try to use voice translation I have an error message that translation is not available.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and this worked for an hour and then it stopped working again.

I’m using an iPhone X with iOS 14.4.

Translate function is not available now on Iphone 11 It worked, then it stopped suddenly and gives such an error "The translation function is currently unavailable". I did not change the settings. I can't fix it. I need this translator for work but it doesn't work at all, just unavailable. Please help.
