How to change screen saver on MacBook Pro?

So I was messing with my screen saver settings and now I don't know how to change it back. Before, when I wouldn't use my MacBook for a bit the screen would just go plain back until I obviously pressed a key or used the trackpad. Now, it goes black but says '[my name's] MacBook Pro' with the little apple logo. I might just be being stupid but is there a way to make it so that it just goes plain black that I'm missing?
