I bought a new iMac from apple.com, right at the set up new apple id it says: This mac has been use to create too many apple IDs.

I bought a new iMac from apple.com, right at the set up new apple id it says:

This mac has been use to create too many apple IDs.

But this is a brand new iMac purchased from apple.com

How could this happen? , Is this a refurbish one??

I called with apple support for Hours and they couldn't help with anything...... totally worst experience

Anyone ever heard about this used iMac case from apple.com? or anything

Please help!

Hi ppcy145,

Do you already have an Apple ID that is used on your iPhone, or other Apple device? If so, sign into it. You only should have one Apple ID for all your devices!

If you don't, create an Apple ID on another device at: https://appleid.apple.com, and sign into the Apple ID rather than creating it on the device.
