I bought a Mac from an online seller and their Apple ID is assigned to it how do I change it

I recently bought a MacBook pro 2019 and the previous owner’s Apple ID is linked to it and in order to restart the computer it requires their Apple ID and I don’t have that is there anyway to bypass this
