Delete multiple mailbox
Is there a way to delete multiple mailbox at once?

The standard Mac key combinations work when selecting mailboxes, namely shift-click to select a range of items, or command-click to select multiple, non-contiguous items.
Once you've selected the mailboxes in question, you can Ctrl-click and select Delete Mailbox... to delete them all.
