I received a new iPad on my birthday and every time I try to set it up something fails to transfer over from my iPhone 11. Is there a way that I can just factory reset the whole thing and begin from scratch?

Some of the things in the "selling" document are a bit excessive for what you were asking how to do. Basically #4 in that list of items is what you were asking which is also what the links I provided outline.
