Try restarting your device by holding down the volume up button and the power button at the same turn and slide to power off if you have a older iphone hold down the power and the home button at the same time and slide to power off. If that does not fix it, try and see if you can update the software on your device of if its already updated to the latest version check what version it is. The way you do the is to go into Settings > General > Software update, that will show you if you have an update you can install or if you do not and your on the latest version availible it will show you the current software version you are on. Also in General in settings check if you see the profiles option / tab in General and if you do open the tab and see if you have a beta profile installed that may be why your iPhone is acting this way because you may be on a beta or have the beta profile installed.
You don’t need it I was just wondering if you had a beta profile installed on your phone and that could have possibly been the reason that your phone was doing that but since you do not you’re perfectly fine you don’t need to install one
How do I get the beta profile cause I don’t have it
