Request a replacement: Contact Apple Support

I got a Beats Pill no so long ago, and it was a Gift. With no proof of purchase, the manufacturer was OK with replacing it, free of charge.

I have purchased my beats X over a year ago in the UK and I have only just opened my beats x as I have been using the beats solo3 and my beats x is not working, tried charging in 3 different wall sockets and the blue light comes on but as soon as I unlpug the cable, the light switches off and I cannot power them on. Called your helpdesk and spoke with a representative and they advised to take it to the Istore, been to the istore and they said that because it is over a year old and I purchased it in the UK that they did not repair these earphones any longer and the company who they usually recommend have gone bust so I am stuck with new beats x and no beats x

Location Restrictions:

Part of the Serial Number contains where it was sold. An item cannot be replaced, if purchased in another location. So, location restrictions may have gotten in the way here. So, next time let them know it was a gift. See where the replacement can go from there.

My set will not turn on as well. fully charged light when plugged in. remove from charger, try to turn and nothing. please help, purchased yesterday at the source.
