Camera failed/ defect

I have a macbook pro mid2020 A2289, MacOS BigSur 11.2.3. After using Zoom Meeting so many times last week, the camera failed.

I've done this tips: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295 but I couldn't help at all.

Is it hardware or just software problem?

Please help..

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

Hello xatskee,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with your Mac's camera. Does this occur in other apps using the Mac's camera as well? Also, check out the steps listed here to see if they resolve the issue: If your built-in camera isn’t working on your Mac

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
