A few days ago, my son’s messenger stopped letting him send, receive messages and calls... i have tried everything (unistalling, reinstalling, making sure good internet connection,), and im at a loss at what to try next, i thought i could delete his account and try to just create a new one- but that didn’t work.... please advise

By any chance, are any parental controls or Screen Time restrictions enabled on his device? You can check under Settings > Screen Time: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

For what I’ve seen, Facebook puts no work in messenger kids whatsoever. I have to delete the app and reinstall it all the time. I can’t wait till Facebook makes the app work for more than a week at a time. What device is your child on?
