Battery drains after IOS 14.4.2 update on IPhone 10. Check battery health and it’s at 88%. Drains with in hours when I’m at work and not even using it at all. I also checked location service in settings and that seems normal.

1) Have you tried a restart? If not, do it now.
2) Go to Settings > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.
3) Check “Battery Health” in the link:
