airpod sound leaking
i put my airpods in and their super quiet but other people around me can hear the how do i help that? i have tried multiple ways to clean them but none of them have ever worked

First, which model AirPods are we working with? When this happens, if you to go to Settings > Bluetooth do they show they are connected?
If you reset them does the issue persist: Reset your AirPods
