Two Thoughts:

A. Upgrade your Options:

Contact your eMail provider, request that this be an option for you. It might be a subscription. So, ask them if this can be performed.

B. Try Compressing the File:

Use a computer to compress it. So do so, upload this to to iCloud, and then download it to your computer. On your computer, open it, and compress it. Then, send via a compressed file. Note that you have 5GB of iCloud storage. So, upload it. If enough open space resides in iCloud, then it should upload just fine. Here are the steps:

1. Upload from iPhone to iCloud:

Go Here: Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive - Apple Support

2. Download from iCloud to your Computer:

Go Here: Upload and download files from iCloud Drive on iCloud.com - Apple Support

3. Compress the File:

Having Downloaded it, compress the file into a ZIP file. The recipient will decompress it, themselves.

Go here: Zip and unzip files and folders on Mac - Apple Support

Am trying to start a new business online about teaching Graphology and I use all Apple devices. This has stressed me out. It took forever to just get set up with tripod and apps I download don't work especially freezing when trying to video with phone and being able to watch on my computer. A lot of you tubers and facebook folks have videos that sometime last an hour+. Thanks for your input.

You can get a free account on Dropbox and I beleive they give you 5 gigs on the free account. It has nothing to do with iCloud storage.

You can also upload large videos to YouTube and Facebook, you just need to create an account with each of them.

If you are going to use this for business purposes, they might make you pay but I'm not sure of this. I would contact them directly and ask about business accounts.

iCloud wouldn't really work for this, it's mostly used for syncing data, pictures, video, etc. across multiple devices. I think you are on the right track by using YouTube or Creating your own FaceTime channel.

No youtubers or facebook folks are trying to send their file by email.

If you are serious about your business you need to learn how to handle video. Probably your best bet to start out is to set up a channel on youtube, and start putting your videos there.

Making professional looking video is also not a trivial exercise. You'll also need to learn how get your videos to your computer, how to edit them, how to retain quality etc etc.

Generally you need a fairly powerful PC for editing also.
