No 5G on iphone 12 whilke using two simms
Can this be fixed with software or have we paid for a 5G phone that only works with 4G ?? We have tons of 5G towers in metropolitan area here.

Currently if you use two SIMs or eSIM plus hard SIM you can only get 4G. Take out one SIM for 5G on the other.
That is the Apple advice.
Nobody knows if iOS15 will bring this or if it is a chipset limitation.
