Regarding using loops from Live Loops

“individual audio loops may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound effects or music beds."

obviously i understand you cannot sell any individual loops as music from Garageband without a modification. But

Does this mean also i cannot use the loop( from Live loops) as it is for my work such as NFT without any modification?

If so , how much modification is required to avoid any copyright issue?

Also are Live loops and Apple loops same in terms of using copyright free?

I found a loop i like under Liveloop on Garageband and I want to use it as bgm for my artwork which Im planning to sell.

can i use it commercially without any modification? Im so confused
