550-5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering

Hello dear,

We are facing an issue when we try to send a pdf from iPhone 14.4.2.

When a user which is using Apple IOS 14.4.2 is sending a pdf

from his/her device using Gmail toward our corporate mail

exchange the mail is being rejected as SPAM: 550-5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content

If the user is doing the “trick” by sending once the mail

attached to his personal account and then for the second time sending toward

our corporate mail exchange the mail is being received ( strange ? )

If the user is opening a new mail on Apple devices, and

attaching the doc into the mail, the mail is received

If the user is trying to share directly the doc from his /her

Apple device using a mail app such as ProtonMail the mail is received

as well.

Has anyone experienced this behavior ?
