My email message won't delete from my MacBook!!!

Every time I try to delete this one specific email message, this is the crap that pops up! "The message "HI CA a, come grab the item you liked! could not be removed to the mailbox exchange. -The specified object was not found in the store, the process failed to get the correct properties" like it's deleted off of everything else but my MacBook. It won't leave my MacBook email at all! Can someone help me with this?
