Airpods not coming on

Hi Community, my airpods 2 isn't coming up, I have charged it countless times, but the status light isn't even coming on. I got it less than 5 months ago. Any help?

Does this same cable charge your iPhone? Try using another cable. Your AirPods case might be defective.
