is there any option to display user details like name, blood group, emergency contacts social security number in lock screen, its very much essential in case of medical emergency. if they were displayed in lock screen, without unlock mobile emergency details were useful for the police authorities in case of accidents, I am using screen shoot of word document with my details as i was suffering different health problems.

To view medical ID on a locked iPhone, first lock your phone. From here, go to the screen where you input your passcode. In the bottom left you can tap emergency. Once again, in the bottom left you can tap medical ID.

The screen shot is the simplest (and really the only) way to do this.
However. You should NOT put your SSN there. That is a very very bad idea. There is no reason at all that emergency services need your SSN. All you do by putting it there is put yourself at risk for identity theft.
