Aerial Screensavers are stuck on downtown Los Angeles night scene. How do I get them to update.

Aerial Screensavers are stuck on downtown Los Angeles night scene. My other Apple TVs all have several different ones the 4K has never downloaded anything new. I also reset all settings to factory default to no avail.

I've tried for days to get this update since it only updates 1 a day, but nothing has happened. I also never turn off the TV.
