My Birthday Calendar is visible in my calendar, some of the entries calculate the persons age while others do not. How do make them all show the age?

Yes, the person does have their birthday listed in Contacts and the date format is the same as another person whose age is shown.
I did a search in Calendar for the person with his missing age and his age is shown for the last two years and next year, just not for this year. See the top right of the screen shot below.
I have at least one other grandson where this is happening.
Most of the family members have their age showing on the calendar for this year. There are just a few who don't show their age this year. I'm beginning to think it is a bug in the software.
Must Admit - my explanation is weak - since it gives age of 2019 - 5th , 2020 - 6th and 2022 - 8th - is it reasonable to assume the OS concludes we know the Age will be in 2021 will be 7th ?
Open the Contact Application and then the Person who's Birthday does not Appear in Calendar. Is that persons Date-of-Birth included in the contact information ? Is it missing the year of Birth ?
