Activation lock

The only way to unlock Activation Lock is with the Apple ID and Password used by the original owner to set up the device. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you can provide the original receipt clearly showing the serial number.

If someone removes an unit from their account but it remains locked, the Apple ID involved is no longer able to activate it, and the only solution is to have the lock bypassed.
