iPhone videos will not play

I have videos and pictures that I’ve taken within the last few days. The videos play perfectly fine for a day or 2, after the first couple days my videos no longer play. It’s like they’re buffering and then i get an error. Also my pictures will not download either. I have switched my settings to Download and keep originals, i also have purchased extra storage. Anybody know how to fix this? I can’t even upload my vacation videos or pictures to social media

Hello,

It would seem that you have storage issues caused by your storage being full. It could be local storage or iCloud storage, or both. Start here:
