UUID

I am running Big Sur with an external SSD drive that is partitioned on a 2019 iMac.

When I go into disk utility and do a get info on any volume and go to File system UUID, the number (combined with letters) is cut off, despite expanding the window horizontally. When I highlight this line and copy and paste to Word or Textedit, I get a number (combined with letters) that is around 5 characters longer!!

Any explanation for this?
