We understand you're unable to open the Scrabble GO app on your iPhone.
If you haven't already, Restart your iPhone and try the app again.

If you're not using iOS version 14.4.2, we'd recommend creating a backup before updating. We'd also recommend making sure all your apps are up to date. These links can help:
