The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Each individual must subscribe separately unless you get an Apple Music Family subscription and setup Family Sharing. See the 'What subscription plans are available' section in:

Change your subscription from Apple - Apple Support

and

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
