I recently started a new job with SiemensGamesa and I used my personal account to log in to the phone. I needed to get my SiemensGamesa email started so I can create a new Apple ID. For some reason my work and personal accounts are now connected to each other. I need this to be separated and desperately need your help

Log into your Apple ID and remove the work email address.
Apple hasn’t published any guidance for using an address again. Normally, if your e-mail address was associated with an ID in any way, for example as a Notification email address or a Rescue e-mail address, then it can't be reused with another Apple ID for approximately one year. I have also seen posts that stated Apple told them there was a 30 day waiting period before the address could be used again. You will need to get another e-mail address to use as your Apple ID or you can try waiting 30 days to see if that works.

I tried but I couldn’t create one because my work email was already attached to my personal account. I don’t know how that happened I barely know how to use these phones. I desperately need this separated from each other my personal account is under the email ****@hormail.com attached to phone number ****1. My work email and phone number is ****@siemensgamesa.com attached to ****2
