Battery performance issue of iphone 12 pro

I am having a problem with my iphone 12 pro , uit is getting bit more warmer than usual when i put it on charging initially and gradually becomes normal when almost the battery is full again and due to this i have notice my battery draining faster and it is also getting hot while using it.
